"My job was outsourced". What? I think it's pretty established that all GMs must work in the Nexon offices.
The bit about the ticket backlog of 1000, going up to 2500 on Monday. lol? We know they had years of backlog. If they were actually making headway into it and only ended with 1000 unanswered tickets on Fridays, they would not have had to do a reset and delete all old tickets. Or maybe he was talking about only those tickets they had any intention of looking at, at all.
Philosophical question: How does one tell the difference between a disgruntled employee confirming our worst fears, and yet another unhappy player echoing our worst fears?
