Yeah... I'm not believing every detail of what he says. Like a few have mentioned, he sounds antagonistic and spiteful... the entire thing is pretty colorful. There may have been more to it than he said is what I'm saying.

Also, people have been banned when they charged through PayPal... but people most often get right back. What he said that "people who charge NX are given priority to those who don't" is very much true.
