Trait Boost made my Charm increase from level 53 with 542 EXP to level 63 with 308 EXP. 
Ambition and Diligence are maxed, so no effect on either one.
It seems it only increases one trait by 11040 EXP.
2 line: 9% LUK and 15% PDR on the Shining Rod.
