Getting some slight lag spikes while doing the "Hunt 200 Monsters" quest at Oblivion 5.
I wasn't experiencing any lag at all yesterday, and it isn't internet lag.
edit: Seems like I'm spiking every time I kill 3+ mobs at once. The more mobs, the worse the spike is. Pretty annoying.
Running no other programs except iTunes and that's never caused anything like this in the past. It has to be this patch.
