Confirming. I got the switch skill on my "tutorial'd" Lumi.
It seems they added the visual cooldown for "Change Light/Dark Mode" skill..
On a side note: Does anyone happen to know the effects of Arcane Pitch? It says "Ignores monster DEF for 35 sec", is that 100% PDR at all levels or increasingly? I know in KMS, it gives 40% PDR & 100% Ele-Resist Ignore.
EDIT: The cooldown for "Change Light/Dark Mode" seems to be 180 seconds, a few over due to latency & stuff.
