So the little dose of "OMG OWNAGE" will quickly be slap down to "omg we can't do it" when the next part is the TRUE TRUE TRUE form of the 10 tails. Which is probably a human or something.

Probably not human, but human esqe. The last frame has the tails spiraling upwards into what looked like a flower type thing, so it could go further and take the shape of a human.
