Although +6 pos chaos's going +3 matk is kinda discouraging.
I'm not sure replacing my 24str 13% str top is the way to go yet, but I did buy an 8 atk extra pot top just in case. Extra potential cubing seems to be insanely stupid, may be cheaper to start fresh and do regular cubes.
The Berserker scrolls were random rewards from BigWig boxes, I believe - they explode if failed though, I used a ward. I would have been so mad if that top gained the magic attack & attack in reverse xD
I have no experience with additional potential yet, I've been pretending it doesn't exist.
8 attack would be a great boost though, I'd wait for a miracle time and see if you can get the normal potential to epic/unique(/legendary if you're buying super cubes).--
