When will scrolled pirate eq's become more common?

The higher leveled Weapons will be common soon, except for the 110 knucks most likely, since very few people can equip them/want to use them so far. I'm the only person that uses them from the pirates I've talked to in my server lol

And with the level 110 knuckles you get to look like you have a Wizet briefcase on the rankings!
