so...when the pearl says "duration: 90 days" do they mean the pearl expires after 90 days, or your ears return to their previous state after 90 days?
Because I seriously want to get rid of my mercedes' god damn ears.

Same as other Cash Shop cosmetic items (hair coupons, eye color lenses, etc): the Cash Shop item expires in 90 days if you don't use it, but its effect is permanent if you do use it.
