I'm a bit concerned that the reason for the delayed update notes is because they contain some (unpleasant) surprise we're not allowed to know about before servers are safely down.
If it's deletion of yet more duped items (*cough* 27 att VSS), I'm all for it.
But it could be other things they just don't want us preparing for.
Ah well. Gotta wait and see.
