Doesn't hurt to aim there, though I will actually withdraw if I get critical and boss % since there's still the Hyper Skill and there's a very high chance that Phantom's link skill will be upgraded which will give them additional critical rate, plus I don't know if my cubing might have a critical% along with two useful lines (I'm obviously not relying on this though as I prefer two boss% and one line of PDR ignore).
Edit: I've read that too. Sad, but I still do find Phantom more entertaining than the other classes I've played so I can live with it.
