November KMS Update (11월 회심의 업데이트 전격공개! )
All I can say about the new damage cap/range cap is that I feel like this will balance out the DPS of classes, since they're unrestricted by the damage cap. Previously classes with the most hits/second were the highest DPSers but now that you need a 2500% damage per hit skill on top of a 2m range to "cap" your DPS, it gives classes with fewer hits/second and higher %s on skills a massive buff.

Also, do you think they'll bring back 1 hit Blasts for pallies? 6 hits looks really funky and weird.
