I think the absolute strongest class is the F/P. I'm getting 139m/s if they have a range of 2m and the damage cap is 50m, which contrasts with the possible 768m/s if every hit damage capped, and the 473m approximation when you apply the %/s to damage (likely due to DoT weighing, though there could be other errors).

Do you know what range would be needed to hit the 50m cap with Mist Eruption when 5 DoTs are stacked?
