The part about mihile is especially important as I have a lv 95 mihile and want to know if I should make that bit of effort to get 100 in time to advance or just leave it until later.
Pirate items require absolutely nothing now. Mihile's advancements were in fact lowered. Now, instead of hunting Harps for the Peridots, they have to hunt Rashes.
