the new dmg cap doesnt work with the dmg cap limited on hyper skill.... some hyper skill have it own limit of dmg cap
such as 3mil 10mil 100mil dmg cap
so if the new dmg cap is 50mil and you had a hyper skill saying it dmg cap is 3mil? u would only hit 3mil dmg on ur hyper skill as max or u would hit 50mil?
