I know someone who is translator for EMS (Spanish) and she said she was translating 5(!) jobs at this very moment.
My guess (and hopes!) is that EMS will throw one MASSIVE update with the new jobs, revamps (Resistance and such) and maybe some more exclusive stuff.

That would be interesting if nothing else. Everything from Justice up until Tempest in one is certainly not something I'd dare to try though.
