That actually would be a pretty good story for the thief resistance (assuming that he is an android that Orca made)
Orca gets betrayed by Gilmer/Lotus
Resistance finds her and she joins fight against black mage
Makes the thief resistance to start a revolution in edelstien to get out of the black wings control
Add new/fun boss
