A door buster, similar to a loss-leader, is an item a retailer puts on sale in order to attract a load of customers into the store, in hopes that they buy something else. It's most commonly used on Black Friday for high-demand items that are put on sale way way below their retail value, like laptops or HDTVs. The idea is to attract a ton of people who all the want the item, to the point where people want to "bust through the door" in order to get said item. Now that they're in your store, they're more likely to buy your items that actually make you money.
Buff freezers are not a door buster in any sense of the word, even at 60 NX. They're not high-demand, they're not really that useful, they won't get people in the cash shop to buy other things. They should've made Royal coupons, or cubes, or gacha/surprise style as the door buster. I'm sure they will on actual black friday.
