The maintenance was extended for 4 hours... When it finally came up, it was taken back down within 30 minutes. >_> Typical Nexon bullshittery.


On a related note, here's part of the 'story' so far.

 The Tower of Trials

Upon logging in, there was already a quest on the left side of the screen waiting for me to accept it, labled "Tower of Trials." A new NPC, whos name is Hartman, informs you that the reparation to the Tower of Trials is complete and you are granted entry. He says entry is only possible through a portal in northern Nihal Desert and asks if you wish to be instantly warped there. (I accept, of course)


Upon either going through that portal in northern Nihal Desert or being warped to the map by Hartman, Hartman will be sitting there with a quest waiting for you. On the right of you is an NPC named Almei, who sells expedition entry tickets, Inner Ability circulators, and apparently... Eyes of Fire. They all require Cross Brigade coins.



When you talk to Hartman and complete the quest, he asks if you've come to challenge the Tower of Trials. He asks you to follow orders as best as possible to avoid stressing out and losing hair (lol). He mentions that the Tower of Trials rests within the underground city of Aswan and that there are many monsters residing there, so they use it as a place for training.

The shop sells Eyes of Fire... for 2 Cross Brigade coins each. @_@
