As other people have stated since your last reply, many Arab nations could of accepted the Palestine people. Look around the worlds at nations who have offered misplaced populations asylum, Gaza is only around 500k People.. I'm sure after more than 40 years they could have integrated the Palestine people into the surrounding nations.
