It also says you can gain Honor Experience faster, though, so I wouldn't think it'd be the nerf.
In KMST 1.2.445 the 500 EXP limit per day might have been lifted and when it got to the official server, KMS 1.2.170, the amount of Honor EXP needed to level was reduced. I have no other information other than what I read from Max in those two posts.
If the combination of the two is correct, I might finally get my lazy self to 70. I'll still try to get somewhere in the 60's before then just in case we get some nerfed version.
