When it's just a few minutes, they don't bother updating the notice at all.
My guesses:
An extension with no end time usually means "we've sent an SOS to Korea, waiting for them to figure out a solution." This would happen if, for example, they don't have a live-production build to install, and are having a problem generating it (doesn't compile or whatever).
Hopefully this time it just means "we've started the rollback but don't know how long it will take." (The actual rollback is just a database restore-from-backup, which shouldn't take long. But reimbursing people for NX spent is more problematic.)
Ah well, all we can do is wait and see.
