KMST 1.2.455 - Moar changes

Non-Trans Giga does 10 hits, got nerfed to 9. Where's this "12 -> 11" coming from?

In the regular Giga Slasher and Blue Streak descriptions, it includes what they do when you're Transfigured. They don't display separate skills in the book in-game, they're the same skills on the same key.
