Hmm...IMO CS3 wasn't that different from CS2. There are a few jumps between CS2 and CS that I prefer (like the selecting multiple layers at once WITHOUT linking them), but I don't much notice anything else.
For the price I'd have to pay to upgrade, I'm happy stickin' with my CS/CS2. =) Plus that looks like it'd be a confusing layout to use at first...hmm... And unless they have super painterly upgrades, like a change in the default brushes to support some kind of watercolor-esque style, I don't think I'll be buying it....
