Price is set by volume. The final price will not not be available until I have an idea of how many people are actually interested and willing.
There is a pretty significant price difference between an order of 20, an order of 40 and an order of 70. Without already knowing how many people are interested I have to give the worst possible price or am not being honest with people. If you practice your literacy you'll note I specified up to $35.

And how exactly would a discussion thread give me a better idea of the count per size people are willing to buy than a poll with those specific sizes and values?
Once we have proper ballparks of values and if it comes out decently there will be a pre-order option added to the Market to do actual purchases at whatever the final price ends up.
