It appears Cannon Shooters require an SP reset. I'd assume most people have left Barrel Roulette or Money Wave unmaxed, but they now give +10% damage and +20% critical hit rate respectively now. Probably back to having 18 Cannon Spike.
Also, their hyper attack is called Rolling Cannon Rainbow, which is awesome.
