If I recall the coverage was less than Obama's and cost was essentially the same. It really depends on the perspective you're arguing, consumer, or business. But really the only difference between them is federal vs state.
A big problem with both cares is it really hurts the medical practice, which were all points that I purposely left open hoping he'd be able to show some political savvy, rather than cinematic face saving dives.
