Party Quest Rewards (Those items perhaps) have set effects, some are excluded
- Will change the dimension of the mirror to move through the portal, so that you can enter the party quest.
- Party Quest integrated admission places are added.

I think it's telling you that instead of the Mirror taking you to the map outside of the PQ, you can enter the PQ directly from the mirror. So, if I gather a party and we are all in different towns, we just have to walk through the mirror to start the PQ.
