Untradeable to Tradeable

If a purely cosmetic change such as a name change costs 10k NX, why wouldn't an item that may potentially release godly items onto the market (30 INT Zhelms? *cough*) cost at least 3 (if not 5) times that?

NX cards are sold in 10/25's. Name and world changes cost 10/25k NX. They can only be bought with NX card/MTS cash so i doubt the price is a coincidence. Extra slot coupons turned out to be pretty cheap so i would think this would be the same if not a little cheaper.
