I had to look just to see for myself too- for science. >_> I'm not even sure if I was looking at the right picture.
On the topic though I really do wish a continuation like this could be done but I agree it's unlikely given the purpose of re-doing the storyline. Maple Story seriously needs more content like this to inspire people to learn more about the lore, it's sad how little people have done quests or have learned about the world since the time I obtained my Quest Specialist medal prior to Big Bang.
