Combination of buffs and potions for highest possible range?

The +15-all buff (Haunted Mansion Cake) stacks with the other +stat buffs, too - although the atk on the Haunted Mansion Cake does not stack.

For some reason, it didn't stack at all with a stew (disappeared as soon as I used a stew), +stats and all. It was pretty strange.
