Luxus casts fairy law. Instant win. Admittedly, Mashima probably avoids fairy law being used if he can help it, because it's such an unfair plot device that he probably regrets making such a ridiculously powerful spell.

Wouldn't work, Fairy Law only works on what Fairy Tail considers 'true' enemies. Friendly guilds like Blue Pegasus would be unaffected. There is probably a range limit and a casting time limit as well.

For the ones that are calling asspull, Gray has been complimented about his great maker speed before. Also that last hat panel is pineappleing badass!
