You should get runes if you don't have the basic ones like MR blue, Armor yellow, AD/MPen red, AD/AP quint..and then support runes if you ever play it.
If you do have those, get movement quints if you think you'll use a champion that uses them (theyre expensive so yea..).
If you don't need THOSE, then idk. get champions.
