Balrog got an overhaul a few months ago; dr hits for ~1k +/- 300 now. It's an even bigger joke than it was before ~_~
Waiting time was also reduced to 3min before you can damage it. I got the 200 kill medal and it never went into its hiding phase/summoned mini rogs for all 200 kills.
