Tried it, the altars are annoying to keep in check because you can only "Lock them" at the start of the game, or when an enemy captured it, so its a pain in the ass that you have to keep in constant check. The jungle is fairly regular, 3 camps on each side; Wraiths,Wolves and Golems, respawn of those is slightly fast. Then there is the giant spider, that i believe its on the Baron Nashor "Level", ergo, its not like the old TT where some champs could solo Dragon at lvl 6, it also takes a while to spawn (Maybe like 10min or so? Didn't bother checking)
The new items are a little confusing at first but thats because they are new, No wards its a pain but since the map is small you can sort of keep a good check of it without them, the new latern its good if there is stealth enemies (10 sec stealth revealing mist, 1 minute CD) otherwise its kinda meh, you could rather use lifesteal instead. Also the altars buffs are:4 gold per kill (Minion or champ) if you have one, and 10% atk damage (Both AP and AD) + the 1 altar bonus. Haven't killed the spider so i can't tell whats its buff. Oh and i guess you saw there is a "sprint" shrine in the middle of the jungle.
