Except you don't inherit Quincy abilities, they are just a particular fighting style that spiritually aware creatures can use. This means that shinigami's, hollows and spiritually aware humans can use Quincy abilities. That's also the reason why we had the arrancar/quincy hybrid a few chapters ago, Ebern. Ichigo was already able to form a path of reishi in the garganta to some degree and we could see Uryu had a way better mastery of that particular skill. It isn't that much of a stretch that he's now able to control reishi more effectively after such a long time. He has also seen blut vein in action and got Uruhara's take on it. Time flows slower between the worlds as well. This means he had some prior skill, the time to master this ability and he knew the specfics of the technique.
