What level are you/where are you guys hunting?

The drop rate seems incredibly low @ roids on my 90 sniper ._.

I've always gone to Kerning Square for events like this.

Edit: Wait, are the drop rates for these affected by the penalty system? It wasn't like that when we had it the second time.
