Snazy pants, but I love my Stirge Pants too much to swap for a bit of attack.
Definitely use 25%s and WS/CS to finish. You get 2att each which is way better than average chaosing. If you really feel like living on the edge, try chaosing a top as Takebacker suggested.
I used 20 of the 25% scrolls with level 85 dilligence. Came out with 6 working (+4 on one top though
)... Not a very useful sample size, but I'm leaning towards not "special".
