A lot of people trying to figure that out right now. Apparently Nexon KR lost the rights due to some negotiations falling through. Someone then found out that Actoz is actually a subsidiary of Shanda, which owns Eyedentity. So, as someone on the DN forums said, 'giving DN to Actoz is like Shanda paying itself'.
Actoz's contract is supposedly going to last 3 years.
In terms of what may or may not happen to us here in NA, I guess it depends on how linked Nexon KR and Nexon NA are. And that's something I don't think anyone is sure about. We know for sure that nothing can happen to NA until Nexon NA's contract for DN NA expires, although I don't know how long the contract will last myself.
