And this show kinda reeks of ripoff stench. Even the pink monkey, who had only a brief second reminds me of a certain pony. I'm still not sure yet. Who knows if the show will actually live up to my expectations (by expectations I mean at least be better than the Care Bears 2012).
And what do you mean "this show isn't gonna last for another 5 years"? Unless you mean the quality won't sustain for long, MLP's gonna be a cashcow for the Hub until it depreciates of ratings or the Hub ceases to continue. Take a look at the Simpsons, Family Guy, Spongebob Fairy Oddparents, and recently and probably will be, Korra & TMNT 2012.
Point taken. We'll just have to see if it will pass the "Six Seasons Curse", which became a completely repetitive thing in what show Fraust has ever worked on. Six seasons and boom, it's done, doesn't get renewed, or just looses momentum, however, that's just me. I would love to see this show go on until I graduate from my god-forsaken highschool, and I'm certain the fandom will stick around for almost double that. But why worry about that now, honestly?
As for LPS, I'll use a quote from a show. Now mentioning what.
"When will people learn that some things should never, and I mean never, ever, EVER, be adapted into a TV series!?"
