Keep the relationship. Some parents are old fashioned like that but it's silly for parents to dictate your social life. If they believe your marks will drop just prove to them having a girlfriend will have no effect on your academics and they'll eventually ease up to the idea.
And for the love of god please do not be one of those couples who are under 16 and like to publicly be all touchy feely and makeout I SEE IT ALL THE TIME IT'S DISGUSTING THEY ARE CHILDREN!!! Hold hands and be cute save the grossity for your privacy.
Anyway as for my day it started out rough because I was running on two hours of sleep but after getting through my Physics I feel better. Moving on to BioChem.
