Somehow I doubt it's going to happen. They'll probably just add new skills to unlock at 120...or do what Blizzard did in Diablo 3 and give you fake levels, which would be pointless.
Why? There's like....3 mobs and one hard to find boss that's weak to Lightning. There's a reason they combined Lightning Charge with other Charges on Paladins instead of just giving them all a buff...because no one cared about Lightning Charge before then.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's more mobs STRONG to Lightning at this point than weak to it.
I see where you're coming from, but Thunder Charge is cool.
