sorry, i dint mean to imply he has at our beck and call. I just meant that hes normally amazing at getting stuff up within the hour, and from what iv seen, if their are no xtrctions done in the first hour or so, their wont be any. If this is not the case, then please excuse me, i was simply thinking from my own (limited) knowledge of the site. I appoligize if my earlier comment came off as rude or lacking patience
