From a notepad file I made to help with maxing traits:

2330 ores + 1165 moulds
3495 etc items = 24 etc slots

1165/30 = 38.83

39 fatigue potions to max Mining once

93596 total trait EXP to level to 100
2555 trait EXP gained per Profession learned

93596 / 2555 = 36.63

37 * 39 = 1443 total fatigue potions required, 144,300,000 meso on fatigue potions

You can take the price of the ores/moulds and multiply them by 37 to figure out how much it'd cost you in total if you're interested enough, the main bulk of money is from the potions though.

That doesn't look like it takes into account maxed Diligence (with the 10% chance for double mastery). That drops numbers down a good bit; my Level 9 figure is 244 crafts.
