If your trying to prove that this event is not there, so people shouldn't accept it?
If that is the case I can tell you that this particular note is NOT on the website at the release of champion patch despite of the date said on there.
If your trying to prove that this event is not there and they don't count towards 100 coins from the event, so its a bug/error in design?

The event was there. Whoops. Accepting it on characters that you already have is no biggie. Spam creating characters is abuse because Nexon had already stated that the quest was a glitch. "Oh JETT [... etc.]." That's a different case. They clearly didn't care in that case. Moreover, it was one scroll per JETT versus a noticeable amount of scrolls.
The fact that the 60 coins does not contribute to the 100-coin stamp should be a red flag. Of course, that could mean there's a bug in the count towards 100 or it's a complete flaw.
What you fail to accept is the fact that Nexon said it was not working as intended, and thus it is the law. You can try to throw all sorts of examples, such as Aliens, Jesters, and previous JETT farming. However, those had no sort of "btw, dis aint wurkin rite" announcement.
