You could actually get banned according to their ToS for simply linking your thread.

Here's some fun things from Section 2.2
You may not:
Link to any page of or content on the Site other than the URL located at http://www.nexon.net
Exploit errors in design, features which are not documented and/or bugs to gain access that would otherwise not be available or to obtain any competitive advantage;

Sure report me for linking, while your doing that also report mr. Basil who links from nexon all the time

There was already an argument given that said event is a poor design instead of an error in design.
I will give you proof if you really want it but so far Nexon has yet to announce this event being a glitch or error in design

2.4.3 The Company has the right to obtain, without notification to you, information from your computer, software, and parts or portions thereof, including, without limitation, your computer's random access memory, video card, central processing unit, hard drive(s) and any other storage devices to assist our efforts in policing users who may develop and/or use "hacks" and/or "cheats" to gain advantage over other users. The information obtained in this Section will only be used for the purpose of identifying persons or entities not in compliance or believed by the Company to not be in compliance with this Agreement and any and all other Company rules, policies, notices and/or agreements.

Also, section 1.1 is the best. the last line is great.

got hacked? get dunked. we don't have to do pomegranate. it's right there in the ToS.

Also, another gem from section 1.1

'' By signing up for an Account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement, or you are the legal age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction if that age is greater than 18. ''

That's right. You legally have to be over the age of 18 to sign up for a nexon ID. any younger and you're in violation of the ToS.

I perfectly know that Nexon has full control of my account in ToS, but does that make their action just? no it doesn't
Does it make me stop complaining about their actions? no it doesn't
Does that stop me from gathering more people to complain? no it doesn't
the ToS didn't state that I don't have the right to complain about their unjust actions, therefore I can complain until they do the just thing.
What's bothering me is that you as an 18+ year didn't understand the usage of logic forms and has to result to troll language like a 7 year old.

It's really very simple.

If you choose to go by the letter of the law (ToS), Nexon can ban you at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
If you want to plead that there's an implicit assumption they won't ban you if you don't break the ToS, then we get into the "common sense" and "fairness" fields - in which it's quite obvious what you were doing was taking advantage of their mistake, which is wrong.

Again mods READ THE ARGUMENTS I PROVIDED. What I am doing is something in the grey zone but NOT prohibited by Nexon at all. I am taking advantage of A QUEST. Only after the maintenance I realize there is something wrong with it.
sure you may say 60 home coming coins is a lot, but to me its only a clean slate (I have too much AEE from other quest) which I farmed before by creating jett at average level 13.

P. Because there is no evidence supporting the event being a glitch, players could not have possibly known or guessed that the event could have been a glitch, if it were to be one.
P. Said players acted in a way they thought was in accordance with the ToS.
C. Said players do not deserve to be banned.

The fact that they let that sort of thing pass before proves nothing. Nexon has changed recently, in case you haven't noticed. And they chose to make an example of you, so people will not be so quick to abuse their faultly design/programming in the future. Tough.

The fact that they let it pass builds what is expected to be normal if they DO want to start stopping people from remaking characters, they should start with announcements and not secretly banning people.
You can say alien map is a glitch, ginger ale is a glitch, daily gift is an error in design because ALL OF THEM gives you a consider amount of advantages yet nexon build the thought of them being normal in our eyes. So if the past doesn't mean anything does that mean Nexon can suddenly start banning people who trained at aliens for exploiting glitch?
Well I am sure they can, but its unjust, and people will complain A LOT
