KMST 1.2.452 - More Adventurer Hyper Skills

Yeah Ive notice it catering but this is the first hyper skill that ONLY affects people who can reach cap.

There is at least 1 other split damage increase hit count hyper skill iirc. If you don't hit cap then that's 1 more point for a skill that increases your damage.
