Then again it's probably most feasible to calculate with a 20% crit rate (with some combination of a critical ring, phantom instinct and decent sharp eyes)

Also finally the Bowmasters on Basil will stop peaching about how they're the weakest class.
You should check on Basil a bit more, I still see people whining about Ult Inferno or how the Hurricane buff is weaker compared to the other skills.
