In all seriousness, I'd imagine he wants the real Rin and at the point where Kakashi killed her, it must have driven him mad enough to change his view of the world and what he wanted to do. By the time Kabato figured out how to do that jutsu, I feel it is too far in the future for your idea to work.
Who said anything about necrophilia? Revive her -> say some stuff about your obsession with her -> let her rest in peace forever -> tobi has no more regrets.
