Checking it, the GM actually commented saying that they want to know just some information like the account ID, what characters associated, etc etc etc. I commented back and forth and was surprised that every comment from the GM was actually minutes later so the process was even faster.

TLDR: Fast response from the GM.

Congrats!
It seems like Nexon Management finally changes things up. Their process of asking for "What's related to the account?" is very similar to the process that NCSoft uses to help users get back their accounts.
